Deby Bio :
Industrial engineer graduated from Institut Gramme Liège en 1984.
Deby is recognized as one of the few specialist in the world who can provide modern and highly accurate high pressure/high speed quality control instruments that are both strictly compliant to standards and efficient to minimize the workload at manufacturing plants. Sometimes, more than 1000 testing are made per day. Many professionals appreciate the quality of Deby systems and remain loyal to the brand since 1994.
Software description :
Our software is for use in laboratories in connection with timer modules, National Instruments / Emerson Data Acquisition and other various equipments.
Compatibility with existing equipments:
Any kind providing a standard 0-10 V triggering signal. Connections with RG-58 cables and BNC plugs. Signals adaptation upon request.
Any type as long as they are connected to one of the charge amplifier listed below.
Acquisition electronics:
In‑house designed electronics for :
- Triggering, pressure rise or flash.
- All signals crop to TTL level for safety of the electronics.
- Pressure channels connection and shielding.
- Forwarding of "chain ready" signal for proper timeout operations.
- Interfacing to acquisition board via USB to computer running Windows 11.
This board is mounted in the dedicated acquisition enclosure :
- Pressure sampling up to 1 Msps (Mega samples per second) on 2 channels (500 ksps is ideal but some standards require minimum 1Msps).
- One timer. Quartz accuracy 50ppm.
The electronics described above and the measurement software can be installed on any standard computers available on the market today running Windows 11. We provide 2 monitors. One main monitor on the operator's desk and one repeater monitor at the testing station.
Note : Subject to our approval, any other useful software of good brand can be installed on the same computer without risk of interfering with the measurement application. Such application can include word processing & spreadsheets (Word, Excel, LibreOffice, etc.), ERP front end, electronic mail, internet navigators (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
Remote maintenance: We provide the necessary software with the computer, enabling secure remote connection. The client must ensure they provide us with an internet connection and that it remains continuously operational. We only connect to systems upon request and when operators are present in the laboratory. Where existing, we comply with data security policy of the company.
